Hillary Sproul is an actress based in New York City.

Trained in the Meisner technique at the William Esper Studio under Suzanne Esper, Hillary’s work blends emotional precision with an instinct for intimate, character-driven storytelling.

She began studying acting at the University of Southern Maine under Emmanuelle Chaulet, where she also served as her assistant. Her additional training includes:

  • Improv with Emmy-winner Jeff Hiller (UCB)

  • Advanced Scene Study with Peter Jensen (T. Schreiber Studio)

  • On-Camera Technique with Bradley Calcaterra

Hillary has starred in several short films, including Border Line (Best Drama nominee, Atlanta Women’s Film Festival) and Low Tide, both directed by Hazel McKibbin. She plays the lead role in Linnea, a psychological drama she also wrote and directed.

Her recent acting work includes:
