Hillary’s styling practice grew out of her background in theatre, where she began working as a seamstress in her university’s costume shop.
After moving to New York, she also worked as an e-commerce model — an experience that informs her understanding of how clothing functions on the body and in front of the camera.
She works across costume and wardrobe, soft styling and on-figure work, as well as prop styling and production design. Her work has appeared at festivals including Sundance, TIFF and Aspen Shortsfest, and she has styled for commercial clients such as Meta, Bloomingdale’s, ELLE and Lexus.
